The Mureș County Clinical Hospital awarded, on January 5, 2024, to the company Pro Ex 2005 SRL Târgu Mureș, a contract worth 716,614 lei, excluding VAT, for general repair and renovation works within the investment objective " Rehabilitation of the TB Dispensary Târgu Mureș".

The project is financed through the European Program "Challenges in public health at the European level" and provides for the execution of rehabilitation works on the building in Târgu Mureș street, Gheorghe Marinescu street no. 5.

"The rehabilitation of the premises where the TBC Dispensary operates is imperative to increase its addressability and attractiveness, the environment in which the medical act is carried out being an important criterion in the choice of patients", it is specified in the specifications of the tender, a document approved by dr. Ovidiu Gîrbovan, manager of the Mureș County Clinical Hospital, and Dr. Szasz Carmen, project manager.

The duration of the contract is four months.

What will be achieved:

– Wall repairs by plastering, smoothing, where necessary, cleaning and priming the surfaces on which washable paint will be applied;
– Replacement of wooden carpentry with PVC carpentry
– Removing tarket floors;
– Removal of old tiles and faience;
– Restoration of interior plastering;
– Installation of new tarket floors;
– New PVC wallpaper walls;
– Restoration of the room where the radiology device will be installed (walls and doors to ensure radiation protection according to the rules in force);
- Renovation of sanitary facilities - installation of tiles and tiling, restoration of internal sanitary installations, supply of cold and hot water;
– New self-leveling floor screed;
– Installation of new plasterboard ceilings;
– Restoration of electrical installations;
– Installation of video surveillance and fire alarm system;
– New washable paint;
– Replacement of thermal power plants;
– Installation of new sinks;
– Adaptation of the building according to the sanitary norms imposed for the organization of medical wards, the introduction and repartitioning of sanitary groups and annexed spaces, which do not meet the needs;
– Restoration of interior finishes;
– Replacing fluorescent and incandescent lighting fixtures with lighting fixtures with high energy efficiency and long lifespan, in compliance with technical norms and regulations;
– Instalation of platform for people with disabilities;
– New voice and data system installations;
- New access control system installation.
