A1. Organizing an educational and recruitment campaign for the target group, with the priority of increasing awareness of the importance of preventive health services regarding the spread, prevention and treatment of SARS COV 2 and TB infection.
A2. Making investments in the health infrastructure in Mures county that contribute to reducing inequalities in the health status of vulnerable groups participating in the project
A2.1 The purchase of a van for 8+1 people for direct travel to poor communities in Mures county, especially from marginalized rural areas without public transport and without access to medical services
A2.2 Rehabilitation of TBC Dispensary Tg. Mures, a building intended for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis and equipped with an X-ray machine.
A3. The development and implementation of an integrated socio-medical program for prevention, early diagnosis, treatment and monitoring at the level of vulnerable communities in Mures County, adapted to the needs of the population of vulnerable communities, including the Roma, of priority diseases for public health (COVID-19 and Tuberculosis).
A3.1 Organizing and planning of the test campaign
A3.2. Testing activities of a minimum of 1,000 people from GT, including 200 Roma, to detect tuberculosis.
